24 Venus Sports Club Turf – Rules & Disclaimer

• ✓ For the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, kindly follow the club guidelines.
• ✓ No Smoking / No Alcohol: Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• ✓ Personal Belongings: Guests are requested to take care of their valuables. Management will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
• ✓ Health & Medical Responsibility: Players and visitors are advised to participate according to their physical fitness and health condition. The club management shall not be liable for any injury, illness, medical emergency, or health-related complication arising during use of the facilities.
• ✓ Club Property & Damages: Any intentional damage, misuse, or negligence resulting in harm to club property, equipment, furniture, or facilities will attract a penalty or compensation charge as decided by management.
• ✓ Maintain Cleanliness & Discipline: Please help us keep the premises clean and hygienic. Littering, spitting, vandalism, abusive behavior, or creating disturbance inside the club premises is strictly prohibited.
• ✓ Use of Facilities: Changing rooms, shower facilities, waiting lounge, cafeteria, and other amenities are provided for guest convenience. Guests are requested to use these facilities responsibly and maintain proper etiquette.
• ✓ Right of Admission Reserved: Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual violating club rules or engaging in misconduct.
• ✓ Player Capacity: A maximum of 16 players are permitted on the turf at one time for Cricket and 14 players for Football. Management reserves the right to restrict play if the permitted capacity is exceeded.
• ✓ Weather Conditions: Guests are advised to check the weather forecast before confirming a booking. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, 24 Venus Sports Club shall not be responsible for rescheduling, cancelling, or refunding booked slots unless otherwise decided by management.
• ✓ Music System Usage: Use of the music system is available at an additional charge of ₹150 per hour, which will be added to the total booking amount.
• ✓ Event Bookings: For activities such as Dance Classes, Zumba, Karate, Yoga Sessions, Fitness Programs, Workshops, or other special events, please contact management directly for availability, pricing, and booking arrangements.
